On a recent trip, I realized something tragic—SkyMall is gone. You remember SkyMall, right? That gloriously ridiculous in-flight catalog full of overpriced gadgets and questionable home decor, designed to tempt bored travelers at 30,000 feet into buying a toilet paper giraffe or a life-sized Bigfoot. In this post, I take you on a nostalgic—and slightly snarky—tour through the weirdest offerings I found, complete with stealth photos, unsolicited commentary, and a few too many thoughts about cat toilet training.
