Celebrate With Us

Here at theMangoTimes we celebrate all the big holidays! We celebrate Cinco de Mayo (birthday of the Mighty boy). We celebrate Talk Like A Pirate Day (for obvious reasons). Then there is today/tomorrow, two slightly lesser known days in the calendar year, but important in Mangoland nonetheless.

June 20th or 21st is the summer solstice and the longest day of the year for those of us living in the northern hemisphere. You know what that means, right? The longest day of sunshine, which is the lifeblood to every one that works at theMangoTimes. Forecasters predict temperatures hovering around 106 in our neck of the woods...that sounds like the perfect day for a frozen concoction and a float in the pool.

So, won't you join us on Tuesday June 21st.

The tradition is simple: Agree to get up and watch the sunrise and then gather with those you love to watch the sunset and thank God for every moment in between. Send me a picture if you get the chance!

Quietly making noise,

Fletch
